Brian Bentley - Owner & Managing Director

Brian is the guiding force behind Bentley Rowe and who we are as a business, honest, reliable, accountable and our word is our bond. Brian has been in the industry for over 25 years pioneering many new and innovative products, which have become standard within the industry. He continues to look at materials and designs to reduce costs and increase the lifespan of products.

David Ainscow - Finance Director

David has worked in Finance for the last 20 years, joining Bentley Rowe in 2011 as the Finance Director. David has a keen eye for detail with a great business understanding and commercial awareness. He is responsible for the financial health of our business, ensuring we purchase the highest quality materials at a reasonable cost to our Clients.

Emma Lloyd - Operations Director

Emma joined Bentley Rowe in 2017,  following 15 years working in the Leisure Industry, having worked in both public and private sector Health Clubs, where she was responsible for delivering large redevelopment projects. Emma is a highly motivated professional who provides energy and focus to efficiently deliver complex and challenging projects, ensuring that client expectations are always met and where possible, exceeded from her vast experience of working in the Health & Fitness Industry.

Julie Hammond – Project Co-ordinator/ PA to Operations Director

Julie is the driving force behind our projects, ensuring that our teams and sub-contractors are equipped with all the information, materials and plant that they require to complete our projects. She has exceptional planning skills and an unique ability to solve the most complex of challenges, through practical delivery and is a huge support to our Operations Director.

Mark Taylor – Site Manager

Mark joined Bentley Rowe in 2022, to support our Operations Director with managing and delivering projects on site. He has a background of working in a fast-paced evolving environment and is a valuable addition to our team, bringing a wealth of practical and hands on knowledge with him. Predominantly based on sites his main responsibilities are to oversee, monitor and manage the progress of our construction projects.

Phil Harold - Development Manager

Phil has a vast knowledge of lodge building, looking after the modular multi skilled team to make sure all our lodges are built to a timely fashion and never compromising on quality.

Luke Williams – Production Manager

Overseeing the design and manufacturing of our lodges and Modular builds, Luke has been with Bentley Rowe for over 10 years and has an eye for detail in bringing the next generation of lodges to the market.

Libby – Project Manager

Libby joined Bentley Rowe in 2023 as our Project Manager, to support our Operations Director and manage the site teams to deliver on all projects, ensuring the jobs are completed on time and to an excellent standard. Libby's background is predominantly within the automotive industry, gaining organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.

Olly - Site Manager

Olly has been with Bentley Rowe since the start, working as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson on our sites across the UK using his skills and expertise to deliver some exceptional projects, he now moves into a new role as a Site Manager, using his vast knowledge and practical hands on approach  to support our Operations Director to deliver larger projects.  We are delighted that Olly is part of our team delivering large scale construction and refurbishment projects.

Joel Bentley – Accounts Assistant

Joel has recently started his career with Bentley Rowe, looking after the sales and purchase ledger, Joel makes sure we get paid on time and we pay our suppliers on time.

Tilly Bentley - Modular & Construction Procurement Assistant

Tilly assists the procurement for both construction and the modular divisions, making sure that we have the right materials when they are required.

Daisy Westerby - Procurement and Office Administrator

Daisy is an invaluable member of the Bentley Rowe team.  Taking on a diverse range of roles as we evolve, Daisy has proven to be flexible and practical in her support to the team.   She is organised and enquiring and is a key aspect for the growth of Bentley Rowe.

Jennifer Lashmar – Quantity Surveyor

Jennifers attention to detail and thorough understanding of the tender process ensures our clients get best value and stay within budget, Jennifer raises our quotes,  negotiating with contractors to deliver cost savings for our clients and manages the variations on projects.
