Brian Bentley - Owner & Managing Director

Brian is the guiding force behind Bentley Rowe and who we are as a business, honest, reliable, accountable and our word is our bond. Brian has been in the industry for over 25 years pioneering many new and innovative products, which have become standard within the industry. He continues to look at materials and designs to reduce costs and increase the lifespan of products.

David Ainscow - Finance Director

David has worked in Finance for the last 20 years, joining Bentley Rowe in 2011 as the Finance Director. David has a keen eye for detail with a great business understanding and commercial awareness. He is responsible for the financial health of our business, ensuring we purchase the highest quality materials at a reasonable cost to our Clients.

Emma Lloyd - Project Manager

Emma joined Bentley Rowe in 2017,  following 15 years working in the Leisure Industry, having worked in both public and private sector Health Clubs, where she was responsible for delivering large redevelopment projects. Emma is a highly motivated professional who provides energy and focus to efficiently deliver complex and challenging projects, ensuring that client expectations are always met and where possible, exceeded from her vast experience of working in the Health & Fitness Industry.

Julie Hammond – Project Coordinator

Bolstering up the Head Office team, Julie helps organise all the necessary RAMS, sub-contractor liaison, site set up and materials.  A recent addition to the team, Julie brings an excellent ‘eye for detail’ when it comes to paperwork and planning

Jack Rowe - Operations Manager

Jack joined the Bentley Rowe team in 2020 and has been instrumental during our largest project to date. Jack is hands-on in his approach and has the drive and determination to see the job through to the end. He also manages our Site Teams.

Jody-Mae White – Office Administrator

Jody is a fundamental part of our team and has been with Bentley Rowe for several years. Jody works across all projects and supports our Operations Managers, Project Managers and Directors ensuring that we all have exactly what we need. Jody also supports David with the financial aspect of the business. Jody is the voice you will be hear when you call our offices.

Luke Williams – Fabrication Manager

Luke heads up the joinery unit of the business , managing the team of Fabricators and Joiners, Luke overseas all aspects in the workshop on a day-to-day basis.  He is also studying design and provides drawings for the teams onsite, as well as manufacturing drawings for our clients. e He is
