We were delighted to be asked by Nuffield to help them with their new spin studio launch – NuCycle. We worked closely with them to finalise the detail on their trial Studio, ensuring that it was exactly as they envisaged and the space practical to use, but more importantly that the cost point per studio was achievable. Once this trial studio was operational we began a rollout of NuCycles across the country, working closely with the Audio Visual teams from Nuffield to ensure that not only the space looked amazing, but sounded amazing too.
We changed the ceiling to black, painted the walls black and installed black flooring, we then installed, a little like a giant jigsaw puzzle, hundreds of raised blocks, each with different reflective strips to mimic movement whilst in the class. The lighting was reflective of this and ran in lines up the wall and across the ceiling to further promote the sense of movement.
Feedback on these studios was incredible, these projects were a pleasure to be involved with and were completed on time and on budget.
