The Full refurbishment of the interior and exterior of 30 holiday chalets on the south coast, we stripped them all back to bare shells internally, installed new kitchens, bathrooms, studwork, flooring, feature walls, bespoke joinery and all the FF&E’s, complete upgrade to the electrics, including heated skirting, externally we built new decks with pagolas and hot tubs, recladded the units in different colours, completed a new car park and resurfacing works, and hard and soft landscaping.
